A booking system for personal trainers that protects your time

A trainer who bills €40 for an hour and has a no-show loses twice — the money and the cascading delay for every client after. Termio fixes both.

Features built for fitness studios and personal trainers

comparison.featureLabels.recurring_bookings

A 12-week training plan = 24 sessions. Create them once in Termio, the client sees them on the calendar and gets reminders, and you lock in capacity.

comparison.featureLabels.package_deals

10-session bundle for €350 instead of €400. Clients pay upfront, are motivated to show up, you get cash flow and you stop chasing payment after every session.

comparison.featureLabels.waitlist

Tuesday 6pm HIIT class — always full. Clients join the waitlist, and when someone cancels the slot frees automatically to the next person in line.

Google Calendar sync

A trainer juggles Termio bookings, a private dentist appointment and a Zoom call. Two-way Google Calendar sync prevents every double-booking.

comparison.featureLabels.analytics_dashboard

Which package sells best? Which day is dead? How many clients churn after 3 sessions? The Termio dashboard answers these without Excel.

comparison.featureLabels.no_show_protection

A 1-hour personal trainer slot = €40. Without a deposit, no-shows run 15%; with one, 3%. Charge a 50% deposit on first bookings, refund in full if cancelled 24h ahead.

Before vs with Termio

Before

The trainer waits in the studio at 7am, the client doesn't show and doesn't message. That's €40 plus a lost hour of sleep. Three no-shows a week = €480 a month.

With Termio

50% deposit on the first booking plus a 12-hour SMS reminder. No-shows dropped from 15% to 3%. That's +€450 net per month.

Before

The client tracks sessions in phone notes, the trainer keeps them in Google Calendar, a third client calls wanting the same slot. The conflict gets sorted over WhatsApp on Friday night.

With Termio

Clients book through a link, slots disappear in real time, and Google sync blocks their private calendar too. Conflicts gone.

Before

A group class has 12 spots, 5 people show up, 7 promise to pay 'later'. The trainer burns out chasing payments and loses motivation to run the class.

With Termio

Clients can only join through a package or by paying upfront. 11 of 12 paid clients show up and the trainer focuses on coaching, not bookkeeping.

Social proof

We're looking for the first 10 personal trainers and fitness studios to join our pilot program with 50% off the first year. Get in touch.

Frequently asked questions about Termio for fitness studios and personal trainers

Can Termio schedule a 12-week training plan in one go?

Yes. Create recurring bookings in one click — Termio schedules all 24 sessions, the client sees them on their calendar and gets email reminders.

Does Termio sync with Google Calendar both ways?

Yes. Termio bookings sync into Google Calendar and the other way around — private Google events show up as blocked time in Termio. Available from the Easy plan upwards.

How does Termio handle waitlists for group classes?

Clients join the waitlist from your booking page. When a spot opens up, Termio notifies the next person in line by email so the freed slot can be booked. Waitlist management is available from the Smart plan upwards.

Can Termio cap the capacity of a group class?

Yes. For each service you set a concurrent capacity — for example 8 people per yoga class. Termio will not allow online bookings to exceed that limit.

Can I structure different service categories with priority for fitness (personal training, group class, consultation)?

Yes. Termio supports prioritised service taxonomy — create categories like Personal Training, Group Classes or Consultations, set their order, and clients see them cleanly grouped on your booking page.
