Pricing and plan questions

What is the Free plan?

Permanently free, no payment card required, automatically assigned at sign-up. Limits: 150 reservations per month, 1 staff member, 1 location, 10 services. Clients are unlimited. No commitment, no trial cliff — the Free plan runs as long as you use it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. After cancellation the plan runs to the end of the current billing period — you keep full access to every feature of the current tier. Once the period ends the account automatically drops to Free; your client data stays intact.

Do you charge VAT?

Prices listed are net. VAT is added at invoicing based on your country: SK 20 %, EU with a valid VAT ID 0 % (reverse charge), EU without a VAT ID 20 % (Slovak rate), non-EU 0 %.

Is there a limit on the number of clients?

No. Clients are unlimited on every plan including Free. The only limits are on reservations per month, staff members, locations and services.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades (higher tier) are immediate — the plan changes right away and a prorated invoice is issued for the rest of the period. Downgrades (lower tier) are scheduled for the end of the current period; you get an email reminder 3 days before the change takes effect.

What is your refund policy?

Termio does not have a refund policy. Monthly plans are flexible — cancel anytime and the plan runs to the end of the period. We do not refund unused days, so cancel just before your renewal date if you want to minimise spend.
